my campaign is active and i have a bid of 6.2$ for US. but i am not getting any views. why?

Highest bid is $6.50 and there are 5 or 6 advertisers running at that rate.
You will have to bid that high to get traffic.

i am not doing anything wrong, problem is with adfoc.us....
admin is fixing it but dont know how long it will take.
