We just used your service on one small niche page using the FullPageScript for external link 2 weeks ago for testing your service. Since yesterday your server seems to be not able to handle the volume of the traffic you get overall again. We just excluded AdFoc.us and use AdF.ly instead again because in one point it seems that you'll never beat them: Service availability. Let us know as soon as you REALLY have fixed this issue.

Adfoc.us should move its main site to the server this forum/board is hosted on , seems more reliable than their main server ... Kidding

Can you explain what you mean or show me some examples? Our service is able to handle any load of volume currently. We are getting less than 1% errors at this point.

We didn't get just one click for a day and then we tried to load an adfoc.us link from our site several times and every time the 'WHOOPSIE!' page appears. Maybe it was just a temporarily problem. We stay on AdF.ly for this for now and follow the reports from other publishers the next days. It's not that we loose a lot of money because of these errors it's more that our users want to visit the external resources and they just get that 'WHOOPSIE!' without a chance to visit the page they've requested.

You may want to try again, the issue is fixed (99%). We're working on a new database design as well as code which has yet to be implemented. Once that is (in the next few weeks), we'll be seeing even more performance improvement. Right now everything is running excellent and we're taking a lot heavier traffic than we've ever had.
