I do not receive payment for the second month. Admins do not answer email or the forum or a PM ..

Did you check your spam folder like admin suggested? To be fair, they did reply to your last 2 posts.
I'm not sure if there's maybe a mix up with the PMs because the "AdFoc.us" display name actually has an account name under "admin". Only they can tell you if they received your PMs. You should find out about that soon enough.

Just a thought.. Have you double checked the email address you used for typos? It's an easy mistake to make and would explain a lot if it's the wrong address, especially if you copied and pasted the same address for the payment details.
Have you ever had any emails from AdFoc.us? Everyone usually gets an automatic email when all payments for that month have been made regardless of whether you received a payment or not.

We've responded to every email and support PM sent here on the forums. If your email provider is having trouble sending/receiving to AdFoc.us please use the support forum and send me a PM. We are very sorry for the email issues as of late. We are trying to switch to a third party email provider so no emails are lost but that is a process that takes a few weeks sadly.  Rest assured we pay and we are legit, please be patient as we fix some of our issues in the backend. |
