Dunno wtf is going on. My support tickets have been pending for 6 days now. I've not even had the $25 I deposited credit to my account let alone any campaigns approved.
It's just ridiculous and unprofessional.

I also doing chargeback!! . I dont receive any service even reply from admin its very clear i scammed so i have a right to chargeback at alertpay.

You weren't scammed, smooth, lol. adfocus is pretty major. It's just clear that something is seriously up right now and there's no staff around.

Update: Ryan's refunded my money just now.
As I said, I don't think there's anything sinister, just some issues right now he needs to get sorted.
