There should be a sort of premium account type who earns more than the rest and getts priority traffic and more tools etc. No problem for this but extra earnings are not needed actually. You can try and bring a set of premium tools like ip adress based traffic locator and popularise link and many other tools for a price.
Not sure its gonna be worth it

Yes,this is the thing i like about adfoc.they have bonuses and gifts etc for their promotion.they make their publisher as the advertiser of their site.adfoc spend lot of money.i think the monthly income of adfoc might be million dollars?am i right?

Not quite a one man army. I have a system admin, an application / database developer, and a support representative who helps handle ad approvals, support tickets, and prepares reports. We are a small team right now.
