Paused or Deleted campaigns are draining my funds

Hi,

New advertiser here. I setup my first campaigns with referral domains and have recently been approved. After checking my stats I noticed that my deleted campaigns are pulling in over 2000 hits. How can that be with a new account?

I've paused all my test campaigns to await an answer. but under deleted campaigns, they are still bringing in hits. My account has been charged over $7.00 for these hits versus the .03 cents I've been charged for the paused campaigns. What's going on. I signed up because you had domain referral targeting but I have no idea where these are coming from.

Now my account has gone over by 34 cents, $30.34 used , but only spent 3 cents on actual campaigns I've set up.

No reply to either this message or to the other "contact us" message.

Also shows that my bid of .30 per thousand was not honored and charged over my bid. for $30 dollars I should have 100,000 hits.

I addressed this via e-mail. This was a system error which only effected your account. You were credited the $30 to try your campaigns again.
