We had to do some emergency last minute maintenance on our database server early this morning.
As a result, our systems were down for a short period of time. When our systems came back online, there was a short period of time where clicks were being counted at a lower CPM. We fixed this.
Everything is back working 100% and your earnings are back to normal.
Additionally, we were down for a short period of time on October 18th when we initially upgraded our hardware.
We will be compensating for the downtime on a percent of the total earnings from October 1 - October 31 for accounts actively running during October 18th-23rd. This amount will be a 5% bonus of your total earnings added on to your payment. This bonus will be paid as an additional payment to your PayPal/AlertPay account.
We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused any of our users.
Our hardware upgrade is going to bring faster URL shortening, faster stats, and more powerful server capabilities when we grow! We are working very hard to ensure a pleasant user experience.
