Hello, the deleted campaigns are still take funds from my account. How do I stop them?
Also can I get my funds back?

Deleted campaigns won't receive traffic in our system. My only guess is that it is a delay with your tracking system.
I just created a test ad to test this and as soon as I deleted the campaign no more traffic was sent through that link.
I also followed up via e-mail.
