Unpaid because of incorrect account ballance

Hi.
From 2 weeks, my account changed from 25 dolars to 6 dolars. Don't know why, I dont have red flag or ban, can't receive my payment because in a day when looking at my account, saw 6 dolars with red colour, my links disappeard...
I subbmited a ticked, nobody responded. Too bad, I need my money for my work. Is not fair!!!

Please Create Support Ticket explaining your problem clearly.

Is so frustrating, I subbmited ticket #196028 from 3 days, you said in your update << July 11, 2012 To some users having issue with account balance, fixed!>>, from 25 to 6 dolars is so fixed
