1) Can I Know What is The Conditions to be an Admin in your Forum ?

I'am Really looking forward to being one of your staff

2) I posted My links in My youtube Channel , So is there a problem if a Visitor Click My 2 links posted there ?

3) I Concentrate to get my Traffic all from One Country is that fine Admin ?

Ex. I spread my youtube channel only in US Forums or blogs . thats mean I will get all trafic from there.... Is there any Problem if Most of my traffic from a specific country ?
