For the past two weeks when going into the Advertisers area all that happens in the browser is: 504 Gateway Time-out The server didn't respond in time. Can't even edit/access my campaigns I started. Sent emails via the contact form but no reply... hoping I can get some help here on the forum at least.

This is a priority for us to fix. I am really sorry about this issue. The reason I wasn't able to reply to your e-mail was because you didn't put your e-mail in the "e-mail" field of the contact form and I didn't have your reply-to e-mail. Sorry about that.
We should see a fix in the next week. The updates we did to the user area will reflect over to the advertiser end (fixing the 504 Gateway errors) once we finish a few things.

Hmm on your contact form I don't think it recorded the email then, cause I do remember filling it out, weird. before the site layout changes and updates, I was able to get the advertiser section to load, it would seriously take 10 or refreshes ... but since the last updates, can't get the page to load up regardless ...

Looks like this section is fixed now Thanks... However it appears any advertising funds that were loaded are now gone.. and the funding area must have a bug?

Hi Ken,
Our e-mail is currently having some problems. I'd reach out to you via e-mail but this is the only option right now. If you prefer, you can contact me in a PM here and I will get back to you fairly quickly.
As for the advertiser section, here's the status:
- We have a new version of the code finished - We are working on migrating database information about old campaigns over to the new code format
Once those two are done, we'll roll out the changes and everything should be back in working order. It will fix the slow loading and 504 gateway errors.
Really sorry for the inconvenience but I think you will really like the speed of the system when these new changes are implemented.
As far as any campaigns running right now, you can request reports from me manually. Traffic is still being sent to active campaigns and your funds are still being noted (even though it says $0.00).
